Chris Burke helped create the sound of 80s horror, scoring such films as “Splatter University” (1984), “The Toxic Avenger” (1984) “Blue Vengeance (1991) and many others. He has worked in film production with directors Robert Altman, Lucio Fulci, Enzo Castellari and Lloyd Kaufman. As a sound designer, he has worked with Don Was, Tom Morello, Björk and the artists William Pope L., Jeremy Blake. In 2005, Chris created the award-winning machinima video series “This Spartan Life”, which ran for 10 years. Chris is currently writing, producing and composing music for the horror fiction podcasts Mandible Judy and Under Dead Water.
