COPYRIGHT RELEASE FOR NATF EVENTS

(Entries must be submitted for each entry and for all award categories to which each production is submitted)

This form is provided to you as the Artist (producer, director, writer, creator, tech, designer, composer, musician, visual and audio artist, performer, and or speaker) in any presentation at the HEAR Now Festival, or an event sponsored by the National Audio Theatre Festivals (NATF). The Artist grants NATF the right to capture any presentation in audio and/or video format, known hereafter as the Recording. NATF will hold the copyright to the Recording throughout the universe, including all renewals, revivals, reversions and extensions thereof, whether such rights exist or are hereafter created. In addition to creating an archive copy of the Recording for promotional and/or educational purposes, possible uses of the Recording include, but are not limited to, inclusion in all NATF websites. The Artist retains all rights to their Work (script, music, foley, sound design, artwork, performance, game, VR, design, and or any external production) except those granted by this agreement. Whereas the Artist owns the copyright to the Work and agrees to grant NATF permission to reproduce and use the Work, for two (2) years, in any form, all languages, and throughout the world.
